Our goal is to
positively promote the game of basketball by developing the
highest potential of every official within the Association.
The Association will provide opportunities for learning and
support in an environment of mutual respect while promoting
the highest standards of conduct, and creating an atmosphere
of cooperation with players, coaches, and administrators.
